Those ads are horrible. They are sort of funny but what they really look like is that they spent a lot of money hiring Jerry Seinfeld they couldn\’t in the end say no to use them. They don\’t say anything positive about windows or Microsoft. The Apple ads which are very funny also make strong product comparisons and try to differentite the products. They aren\’t truthful, but they are better ads. Microsoft should fire their PR and Marketing firms.
I kinda like \’em. I\’m a big Seinfeld fan, admittedly. That probably means that if they appeal to me then they\’re missing their target audience. But, given all the other much, much worse add campaigns MS has wasted money on ("The Wow Starts Now" anyone?), I\’ll vote for this one. At least its funny.
