ok, so i was led to believe that these composition readers were more useful than just using a scale. i’ve been using this thing for 2 weeks and i am really disappointed in it. first, on a day to day comparison (minimizing variables, almost the same exact conditions day to day) i have seen a lot of flux. according to the scale, i am gaining fat every day. now, given my non-active state it could be true but the rate at which it is saying i am moving from fit/athletic to average is frightening. the fact is, i can’t stand to look at it. today it is wrapped up and ready to be sent back. i don’t think i am going to worry about those kinds of numbers right now or maybe ever.
